We were very pleased with your team member, Fernando Vazquez, he is very knowledgeable and friendly. He explained the entire process so throughly that we only had 3 questions for him and of course he answered them without a pause. Today is day 1 and we see only a few flies flying around, huge difference in our home. We are looking forward to Orkin helping us with flies, moths and Asian beetle bugs.

I’ve called 4-5 places, these were the most professional and easy to work with. Inspector put together a plan with visuals and itemized the options which was great. The guys who did the installation were super easy to work with, professional, told me what they were working on to keep me updated of progress. There’s a few minor things that could be better but overall, really satisfied with em and their work. Would recommend. Here’s the two minor things. On the plus side, they went under my deck and installed orkin shield- no other company would touch the deck. Overall quite happy. I messaged them and they came out today to take care of these concerns and a few other minor things

Great company to use. I had 10s of thousands of roaches in an empty rental house. Within 30 days that number decreased to 3 live ones that we have seen so far. The price is reasonable. The staff was very professional.

Orkin was amazing to work with. I had a renter move out of a property and left it extremely flea infested, Orkin said one of the worst they had ever seen. They came 5 times to spray. After the 1st 2 times when there wasn’t very much progress, not because they didn’t do it right, but just because it was so bad, they assigned their most senior tech, Josh. Josh made it his personal goal to get rid of the fleas. He came back 3 times and hit them with ‘everything he had’. I was so stressed out about the fleas because I needed them gone so I could list the house. With Orkin, and Josh, I felt like I was not alone and had someone in the fight with me, and trust me, it was a fight. After the house was cleared, Josh came back and sprayed for a final time just to make sure the fleas didn’t come back, but also said that if I see any more over the next month or so, they will come back again. I am so very happy with the service I received from Orkin, and I would recommend them any day!!

Our Orkin Professional was wonderful. He came out last week and set traps where he thought we would have the most success. He came back this week and checked the traps and he was correct. We have seen such an improvement in just a week. He was so professional and proficient. He understood that we have dogs and was wonderful around their needs. Such a good experience all around. Update: Fernando is amazing! I posted this review after his first visit. I was blown away. Now he has been our Orkin rep for a few months now and I have never been disappointed in any way! Every visit Fernando makes it his mission to go above and beyond the call of duty. He will answer every question or concern I have without pause. He goes out of his way to make sure that our home is cared for. Our original reason for contacting Orkin was for mice. Since our first service, Fernando has helped with mosquitos, ants, wasps, and spiders. While helping address each issue, Fernando makes sure to point out what I can do to help cut down on the traffic we are having or how to keep the pests gone for good. I have had other pest control companies in the past and I’ve never had service that is so consistent and thorough. If I could give a 10 start review. I would! ⭐️⭐️

I called, in need of cockroach treatment. I was quoted $1227.71. This includes mosquito control, which we don't need and didn't ask for. When I questioned this, they quoted $736.00 for roach treatment only (a difference of $491.71). I said that I want to think about it, but the Orkin rep insisted that I make an appointment for the first treatment right away. She wouldn't take "No" for an answer, so I hung up. I dislike the roaches more than the salesmanship, so I called back and signed up. If they do a good job, maybe I'll make this a "three star".
