Ran into a mouse issue where the mouse ate through my dishwasher plastic line. Flood en sued and a call to Orkin. In Miami, I had Orkin, so that’s who I called. From the call to the technician, coming to my rescue, what a breathe of fresh air. Frank is the best period. He takes pride in his work and it shows. He explained every step of the way. How mice can come to be in your home, the severity of it, and what needs to be done or doesn’t. Don’t find many people like Frank these days or Diana the Orkin rep.

Rodney is the man!! I called Orkin after a near death experience with a spider (some may say that’s dramatic). I spoke to a very nice lady on the phone who had me scheduled for the next evening! Andre our exterminator was excellent and very understanding and did a very very great job I give him a 5 star although the reason why I give a 2 star rating now is because the representative when i initially made the service appointment told me I had a promo code and it looks like they do not want to adjust it paid what i was told to pay I called several times to see what happened with the adjustment and supposedly the branch manager was in a meeting and Abby said she will call back to confirm never did. I keep calling and no answer .never again

I’m dealing with a fly issue at my house which I know is hard to diagnose. They sent an inspector out after I kept calling and pushing because the inspector never called me. She was super nice when she came out. She gave me her business card and said call me if you need anything. She assured me I would have the best of the best coming out that week. He came to my house that Friday and flat out told me look this is a hard thing to diagnose and he was clueless and said so I don’t know why they did this and that. I also text the inspector the same day prior to his visit and no response even though she said reach out to me if you need anything. I’m done after the contract is up. I switched from cooper to orkin and I regret it.
