This was my first and LAST time I will use this service!! I was told they would be here today 12-4pm. I got a message Thursday saying in 24hrs I would get a message with a 2hr time window. Never got a text or email. Called in the morning the lady said 12-2 like I should know. I said we'll I never reviewed a follow up email with that info. Red flag !! 2 pm came and the technician called saying he got extremely over booked and won't be able to make it till 3pm. It is now 4pm. I have tried to call Orkin numbers in my area they are all closed. Why are you closed when you have technicians working?? How are we supposed to get hold of you guys?? When I finally got a hold of the technician he says hes still very booked and he will be out till 7??? Wtf crap is this?? Orkin you have been around for many many years. Take care of your staff and get your crap together. Confirm with costumers that you may have been over booked. You need to train your call center to communicate with their local branches. If your over booked contact the costumer!! 10000% disappointed and frustrated with this awful company.

I had a major ant invasion going on from every direction on both floors of my home. Store bought remedies were temporary or worse. Called Orkin based on their reputation and a referral from my son who is an Orkin customer. Was able to schedule an appointment within 2 days. Opted for the one year service. Tech Jesse was here on time, told me how he was going to fix the ant problem and went about doing it. I am very happy with Orkin so far. Ease of use is excellent, communications are excellent and service was too. Time will tell if the invasion has halted but I was reassured if it wasn’t a tech would be out again at no extra charge to continue treatment. Five stars for Orkin.

Christian from Orkin was excellent - he was knowledgeable, thorough and very patient with all our questions and concerns. He did a great job of working in a tight space to locate the mouse and set the traps. He was quick to come back to take the mouse away after it was caught. Very impressed with his high level of service.

Orkin’s personnel are always right on time. They work efficiently and I love having the service. It makes a big difference on our patio and patio furniture. Those pesky spiders want to nest everywhere! I like the text notifications for planning purposes. Overall I receive great service, am happy with the results and highly recommend them.

A big shout out to Elijah Boecker, Orkin Specialist for coordinating, educating, helping, and providing our family with the best Orkin experience. Elijah took the time to actively listen to our needs and quickly customized a treatment plan for our termite problem without the need to up-sale unneccessary products. On top of that, it was easy to make appointments, accessibility to reach a specialist on the phone was fast, and pricing is competitive. Ben, our assigned pest service provider is professional, nice, knowledgeable, and always does an excellent job when he services our household. We are so grateful to have him and thank you for all you do!! Most importantly, we believe in Orkin's business practice as it's been established since 1901 which speaks to their longevity, service to the people, and trusted product. This is important to our family because we want to ensure that we invest in something that will last long and take excellent care of our house and us.
