He clearly explains what he’s doing and why, and is conscientious about following up and translating the appropriate treatment plan into the company’s (slightly murky) billing options. Totally unreliable and irresponsible. First, the representative, Daniel, showed up over an hour late for the initial appointment. Then, he didn't deliver the pest report in an hour as promised. I waited four days before I called him to find out what happened. He promised to get it to me by the end of the day, still nothing. I called headquarters who keep telling me they're going to escalate it. It's been a week and I still haven't gotten a response. They just say they're going to escalate it, like I need a pacifier.
