Very disappointed with service. I thought my home was going to be safe during the fumigation process and was wrong. The fact that it got broken into 2 times if not more make me very upset. There was no force entry and who ever came was obviously very comfortable to keep coming back. Definitely will not be reaching out for any type of service. So if you are thinking about tarping your home definitely be very cautious.

From service on 9/18/24: Gustavo provided our service this month and once again did a great job inside and out. (Hopefully Gustavo will be our regular service tech as he seems very knowledgeable, listens to my concerns, conducts research and then executes the service in a very professional manner.) THREE STAR REVIEW from initial startup: The problem with these reviews is that there is more than just the actual service and pest control effectiveness that factors into reviewing a company such as Orkin. I’ve been 100% satisfied with the staff providing the on-site pest control and the effectiveness of what they’re doing to control the pests. They are 5 Stars all day long. Derek has provided great service! However, I have been 100% dissatisfied with the customer service staff that answer calls and lack of manager responsiveness by Orkin. They are 1 Star based on my experience. It’s been over two weeks since I asked to speak to a manager and I still haven’t been contacted. I’m not holding my breath, but maybe an Orkin manager will see this review and return my call.

Service tech was very nice. Went over my services in detail. I showed him the areas I wanted treated and where we have an issue with webs over all service was quick I feel that they could have done a little better job on the web removal but I am sure they will catch it next time. Orkin is treating one of my rentals also and I am very pleased with the results so far I expect to see the same results at my personal residence as far as the pest prevention goes.
