As always great service, I was not home but Weylen Vigil, always called and let me know he couldn't spray inside. It's is worker's like Mr.Vigil, that take pride in the work they are doing at my home. Remember that we don't see the the owners of Orkin but the true backbone of the company the worker's starting with the operator who we call for service to the service technician. Please let them know it's because of thier hard work is why I stay with your company. The last question in this survey is What do you like about this business? That's a silly question 🤣 😜 I like that you hire people who are doing their jobs as if they were the boss always polite and very helpful 👍 SO what do I like about this business it's not the cost of the service or your commercial but the person who come to my home and service my home Mr Weylen Vigil make it easier to pay my service fee when I get great service from the same person every time.

Martin is our service technician, and he is so very knowledgeable and friendly and always arrives in the service time frame. He explains everything he's using and makes sure it's pet safe, and lets us know about the seasonal changes as far as what pests to be on the look out for each time of year. We can't say enough great things about him! And every time we call the customer service line, everyone has been so friendly and helpful and answered all our questions or assisted with any issues we have. Wonderful company and experience!!!

Had service for wasp infestation and nest removed. One time special application. Also, had outside perimeter sprayed for bugs and spiders. Our tech Rachel was amazing and very professional plus pleasant to deal with. I highly recommend Orkin. I have used them for over fifty years and never been disappointed.

Blown away by the quality of service, professionalism, and genuine care from start to finish! My son was set to discharge from the hospital until a sudden swarm of extremely aggressive wasps took up residence across the entire front of our house, dive bombing anyone (including vehicles) that approached. Needless to say, I couldn't bring my son home until the wasps were gone and I was desperate! I called Orkin about 1-2pm and asked if there was ANY way possible someone could come out to our house same day (website states to call before noon for same day service so I didn't get my hopes up). I explained our situation and the woman who took my call (I don't recall her name) was so compassionate and hurried to squeeze us in the schedule. She was so kind and worked hard to fit us in! The tech (Lucas H/ Luke) was equally wonderful! He was able to come out sooner than expected and worked with us remotely from the hospital and made the whole process REALLY easy! One of the things that stuck out to me was how friendly he was - his happy energy was palpable and he was so personable. And not only did he take care of the wasps so we could come home, but he treated the whole perimeter of our house for spiders/ other insects which I was soooo appreciative of! Did not expect that, especially since we were squeezed in between other clients. Luke really went above and beyond, did a great job, and had excellent communication the entire way. This was our first time using Orkin and I LOVE that they stand behind their work with a 30-day guarantee so if the wasps come back in the next month, they'll come out for free!!!! I was impressed with the level of communication from the company as well - I received updates on when the tech was on his way AND when he arrived to include his name and photo which I think is an excellent safety measure! 100/10 all the way around! Will absolutely use Orkin in the future and will be requesting Luke! Thank you for keeping our family safe, Orkin!

Marcelino arrived at my house actually early. He took the time to reach out to me and adjusted his time to my schedule. I don’t message this because anything went wrong. I actually message because I think Marcelino was great! He was incredibly professional. He took his time to hear out my specific needs, very customer friendly and open minded to my ask. He made me feel I was in control of my ask and reassured me in areas I wasn’t aware. I wish I had more interactions with people in my day to day just like Marcelino. Excellent work!
