Text communication from Orkin was amazing! I received a text to alert me that I was the next stop. That allowed me to make sure I was home and ready for service. My service window was 10 AM to 12 PM and they arrived before 10:30 AM. We reviewed the service I was scheduled for. They explained what they would be doing today. They asked if I had any additional questions or services I wanted to include. When they were done, they explained what they did. I had asked for an assessment of areas that might be vulnerable to bug or rodent entry. They confirmed that typical access points were good. They did not see any areas of concern. They let me know that if I saw anything that gave me concerns, they would come out to assist. They were professional and personable! My home is set for the fall and I will see them again during the winter. Thank you Orkin!

Andrew Stone did a thorough job. He explained the process , also removed cobwebs on the exterior. Before entering my home he covered his shoes. He was very polite, and I appreciate his great service.

So far, my service has been great! Originally, we thought it was a squirrel in my ceiling so we had services scheduled later for that, but it turned out to be a lot of angry bees and Evan and Chris were amazingly accommodating!! Chris came out within a few hours, and I am now bee free! I still have exclusion services scheduled with them, but so far I’m very happy with the service and friendliness of each professional I’ve met so far. It can be a little pricey, but their work is SO worth it and Evan has been working hard to get us the best deals possible.

Great experience, Jon was the tech that came to my home and gave me the run down on how everything would work. Gave me time to gather some things from the house before he came in and sprayed. The only reason I gave four out of five stars is because no one told me I had to be out of the house with my dogs for four hours while the treatment dried. I would have liked to been told that before hand, but all and all my experience was good.

Evan was very professional and knowledgeable. He offered over and above my expectations in his quality service. He even killed a spider lurking on my ceiling. Evan is an asset to your company. Excellent in every way. I was out walking my dog when he git there. He called and was kind enough to wait for me. I can't say enough about how pleased I am with the day of call service.
