When life gives you problems, it nice to know there are companys out there that are customer friendly. Heard sounds in my attic this morning early, able to phone Orkin then. The lady was so helpful and nice, explained everything we were doing and what would be done, in the very happy-go-lucky tone... made me feel so comfrontable. The service man called, I knew when he was coming. When he got here he was very professional-- but friendly. He did what he knew what to do, put stuff, sprayed stuff .... may sure I got my follow-up appointment before he left. Then the lady that made the follow-up appointment was another nice lady. Such a wonderfull experience-- for a rodent problem!! I am very pleased with Orkin.

We have been using Orkin for years in the house we are renting. They have been exceptionally amazing and just overall really nice ontop of the great service they provide. I honestly can’t recommend them enough! We had an ant infestation that resulted in ants coming out of the walls, the outlets, and even on the breaker. Plus we have animals ravaging inside the walls because we live in an extremely old house. Each Orkin specialist we have had, all have been extremely knowledgeable and just super kind.
