Started out great. But service has declined significantly. No longer brushing down spiders from doors, windows, eaves, etc as before and as promised on each visit. No bait traps at garage doors as before. Have to keep calling and requesting a re-do. No longer worth the time and expense. Orkin was more than others , but promised more service and attention to detail. They simply have not provided the level of service as promised. I will no longer use them. Here is photo of patio door, this is after I personally spoke with technician and reminded her of the spider issue.. she just left 20 minutes ago and no remediation.

First of all I want to thank Jacky on customer service, because of her me and my wife chose Orkin. When people say first impressions count, yes it’s so true. Me and my wife were calling around and we found better deals, but the way that Jacky explained to us the process Orkin works and how friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful she was I didn’t care to pay a little more because I knew if their customer service it’s like that this company is investing in satisfying their customers in every way they can. So again a big thanks to Jacky for her patience, time and help. Best Customer service I ever had in years. Tiffany was our exterminator and no doubt as soon as I and my wife saw her and she acknowledged us we knew we made a good decision with Orkin. She is friendly, and makes you feel comfortable that you can ask her anything that you got in mind about your pest issues. She found where my issue was coming from showed to me and explained how she was going to take care of it. Also I have a dog and he is very territorial (not that friendly) I was concerned because Tiffany needed to spay the back of the house and that was were I put my dog at, but she wanted to meet him and let my dog to sniff her and get to know her, that was amazing to me because like most people that have dogs they are family to us and she even took that as a consideration. No to forget that my dog did not barked at her and let her rubbed on him and followed her instructions. I don’t know how often Orkin changes routes of their exterminators but please We want Tiffany to be our permanent one.

Tiffany is the absolute best. She got here and talked to us told us exactly what she was going to do and what was going on and what to expect and treaded us like we were friends not just customers. And she nearly got rid of our problem the first time out. She's the absolute best of the best.

I first sent this feedback to Orkin directly and asked to be contacted, but it’s been a month and I haven’t heard a word back, so I thought it might be necessary to share with others. We started service back in June of 2023 for the main problem of cockroach sightings. It’s been a year later and we are still seeing them. We agreed to pay the incredibly steep monthly price for this service with faith in the company that this problem would be taken care of. It has been a year and I am very concerned that I have seen a few cockroaches this past week in a few different areas of our home. FYI, We are a clean household and this problem began from house guests. I have called for re-service a couple times because the young man, Noah Mitchell, who services the inside of my home is not very thorough. He is in and out in less than 5 minutes. I have proof of this in my ring camera if needed. There is an older man, Eric Milstrey, who serviced our home after I complained once and he was wonderful. He was very thorough and took his time to treat our home and we saw a difference shortly after. I called last month to complain about Noah and to request for only Eric to service our home. I was told they are aware of the situation with Noah and that Eric will come from now on. Unfortunately, again that day, Noah showed up to service the inside pest service and he was again in and out in 5 minutes. Also, we have seen no diffidence in mosquitoes with the mosquito service. We’d like to have our service canceled after this contract is up and would like to be contacted to have our house THOROUGHLY treated for the pest control as promised in the agreement. I feel that if Eric would have serviced our home each month, we wouldn’t still have a problem, however, due to the negligence of the Orkin tech’s service, we are still seeing cockroaches!

My Orkin Rep Sean Wecklein is the greatest. Punctual, courteous, super helpful and just an honest guy doing his job the best. I’m always happy to know he will provide the service when I call.
