From the moment she arrived right on time, she impressed us with her professionalism, friendliness, and deep knowledge of the extermination process. Specifically her knowledge of Roaches! She took the time to explain every detail to us, which was incredibly reassuring, especially given my husband’s delicate condition following a lung transplant. Miranda’s attention to detail and thorough approach left us feeling confident that our environment was in the best hands. She even called us as soon as the job was done to provide an update, and we appreciated her respect for our request to lock up the house securely afterward. We returned home later that evening, and everything was exactly as she promised no signs of pests, and the house was left in perfect condition.
