Excellent experience with Oscar. His customer service is top notch. Moved in our new house in May and have been utilizing Orkin since. So far, so good! We came from an apartment with a German roach problem and I can happily say we didn’t bring any with us. I saw one roach in my house (a big one from outside) and Oscar came out and sprayed and put stuff around the house to prevent them. Haven’t seen any since. A few months later, I saw some tiny ants coming in from outside (near my dog’s food). Naturally, I called Oscar. His demeanor is just so friendly and helpful. He takes time to explain things to you and always makes sure you feel prioritized. Very satisfied customers.
