The guy who came out to do inspection (Brian, I think his name was) was very though and explained everything to me (different types of termites,etc) Anytime someone has to come out, my experience has been great. There was 2x where they were suppose to show up, and never did, which can be very frustrating when you take off work, or leave work early, to be home. I have been a customer of Orkin for 1 year now, and besides those 2x, everything else has been good.

The guys who do the work are great. I can't say as much for the office. I have been trying to hang in there with them for a year, just because I like the service techs so much. But it has been really frustrating for 12 months as the office has been transitioning people in and out. Still waiting for repair to my rat fence around my home's foundation ( that Orkin installed) after months of requests. They recently resolved one long term issue, so trying to stay optimistic.

We needed service with bugs and fire ants . Our service provider was Mike . He addressed all our concerns. We feel Orkin is a reputable company. Florida is brutal with bugs and fire ants. ? He told us if we have any issues they will come right back. They also have a money back guarantee . The price was reasonable and we are satisfied with our choice! Well done Mike! Thank you so much.

Our service started in 2022, originally inquired because of living on five acres and having two dogs that possibly brought in fleas. When tech arrived for appointment I was told they could not complete service until everything was put in bags and up off the floor (something I had not been told sooner). Service was not completed because dogs were treated and it was no longer needed. However the regular service still remained. Flash forward to 2024, we no longer needed service considering there wasn’t much noticed in the part of bug control (we live on 5 acres remember). I left a note for the tech, I did not want them to spray because we no longer needed the service. They still sprayed. A couple of days after I called to make sure account had been cancelled and it hadn’t. So I cancelled it. Received postmarked letter from May 31 that account was past due $107, by June 4th they had sent to COLLECTIONS!!! I’m almost positive I paid the $200 flea treatment price upon signing up, which should have covered almost TWO visits, though records do not go back that far to double check. Sad to have had this experience as I see most have great experiences.

I’ve worked with Orkin before, and I’ve never been disappointed. That being said, we are very private family, and are very selective of who we welcome into our home. Today we restarted service with Orkin, and a gentleman by the name of Christian came for the service. Christian was extremely professional, kind, courteous, and made us feel comfortable with his presence in our home. I highly recommend working with Christian if you’re in his territory. We’re off to a great start. ?

Cody and his work partner, don't recall his name. They both were quick and efficient and got our big job done fast. They communicated with us, we have dogs and needed to have them moved around. Great team highly recommend. Also, I was told by the sales person they would check our outside stations. But when I asked about them they had not been put on the work order. Cody, had no issues at all checking them. They really did a great job. Over and beyond what was on the work order.
