Andrew with Orkin in Tallahassee did a very thorough job with my parents’ initial service. This was a hot, HUMID July day and his last stop, but he didn’t cut any corners. He inspected for bugs and sprayed inside and outside along every wall and behind the fridge, baited the cupboards, walked the whole 1 acre property to find anthills and apply granules, applied different granules underneath the house in the crawl space, and even swept away outdoor spider webs all around the windows and soffits. He was also very polite and professional. Great job! Thanks for your hard work today!

Thanks so much Cinnamon for always helping me schedule and re-schedule! I actually have Orkin service through the PCB, FL office for our home there. One day last Decemeber, I tried to call the PCB office to reschedule our upcoming spray, and Cinnamon answered. She explained that after a certain time each day, the PCB calls are actually forwarded to Tallahassee office. She was so amazingly helpful! The Orkin regular service treatments are automatically scheduled, and I usually have to reschedule because it is a rental property, and I have to coordinate with the tenants and their schedule. Cinnamon was so pleasant and professional that I wished my calls could get forwarded every time! I have since tried to reschedule with her as much as possible. It makes all the difference in the world to have great, local customer service. I can honestly say that because of her, I chose to continue to stay with Orkin longer! Thanks Cinnamon!
