Customer service was awesome. Very pilot and professional. He was quick at the job. The only complaint was that he didn't spray on the outside, of the house, the attic, and the garage. Taryn advised that he would when I scheduled the appointment. He sprayed the entire inside of the house.

Speaking for the location that services Woodstock, I am beyond frustrated with this company. We have flushed almost $17,000 down the drain over a 2 year period doing everything they told us to do to get rid of our rat problem and there has been ZERO improvements. We've gone to the extent of getting new garage doors, gutters, removing insulation, "professional" cleaning, removing trees, plus many other things they told us to do. For 2 years, we have had rat activity consistently every 1-2 months with no improvement. When they put their traps down, they started with the most inhumane and ineffective trap, the sticky trap, which did not kill anything. It just stuck the rodents there long enough for us to hear them screaming and suffering over night. They then switched to cheap plastic snap traps which was able to trap a rat, but not kill it which lead to even more suffering and screaming as it ran around my ceiling with the trap stuck to it for hours. When they sent someone out, they saw the rat escaped the trap and the person even said he knew it would not be large enough for rats. Because of their poor choice in traps, we've had to contact outside companies to come to our house between 1am and 6am to remove animals that were stuck in traps but not dead, we have had to call them MULTIPLE times. Over the 2 years of doing this, they have sent the same 3 or 4 guys out here who all look like they're 25 years old and not a single one of them even had a functioning flashlight, even after showing up hours late. With these young men, came suggestions that they're own call center disagreed with. Sleeping in a house with constant rat activity has caused many sleepless nights for us and has caused anxiety in all of my dogs. Not to mention the damage we hear the rats doing. They eventually sent someone out from their sister company, but after their visit we have not heard from them and cannot get ahold of anyone there. This has been such a nightmare and has cost us an absurd amount of money for nothing.

I went with Orkin because of their reputation. I have never been more pleased with a decision. The technician that takes care of my home and property is competent, polite, and thorough. Bill is a stellar representative for his company. Bill's company (Orkin) puts the customer first. They told me that all I needed to do was call and they would come back out to spray again, no matter when my scheduled appointment was due. They are true to their word. I have only had to do it once when we were having a party soon and there was some increased activity about a week prior. Orkin scheduled an out of cycle visit and took care of my issue. I have had to change timings for my appointments a few times due to my family's personal schedules and Orkin is always 100% accommodating, even if my regular technician is not available. Forget the competition. Go with Orkin. You will be happy you did.

I own a ranch so my expectations for pest control is pretty simple. Remove the pest. Joseph from Orkin was able to do this. At first I found him to be a kind God fearing man and I truly enjoyed having him come to my home as he was always pleasant and did a good job. Because of this I chose to pay the borderline outrageous fee of $100 per month for his service. Fast forward a few months, I’m having to message him countless times to remove multiple hornets nest from my house. One being in an area my child plays. I have a nonverbal autistic son and to be clear, I do not have time to keep asking someone to do their job especially when I pay $100 a month for this service. He would leave my messages on read about the hornets nest (when I gave him weeks to handle it and was so kind about it- telling him to come at his convenience, even if I was going to be gone taking my son to therapy, I welcomed him to my home) He only responded after I told him I would be leaving a Google review. His response was not being apologetic but instead, asking me for money on a service I was unhappy with and most of all, a service that was not even completed. Only hire Orkin if you want to pay an outrageous amount to do most the work yourself. (And to only end up with a headache having to deal with the folks working there) God Bless.
