Always an excellent experience. We have several roach traps in the house and they always have zero issue changing them and spraying down the rooms I designate. There was a couple visits where it seemed Orkin was having issues sourcing the traps but it seems fine now. Only had 1 guy seem like he didn't wanna be here and half-assed the job once in the idk, year we've been with Orkin or so and we feel like we've been taken care of quite nicely. Thanks for employing great people, Orkin!

Nice, respectful, and just all around the best person we have had that serviced our house. Give this man a raise- he deserves it! Recently, we had a mouse come about. He came over a day EARLY to help get the issue taken care of. It was the end of the end of the day and he showed up with a smile on his face and went ABOVE AND BEYOND. Charges my card whenever they feel like it. Says they’ve arrived and charges me for services but never shows up. If they do show up they hop out of the car for a minute but are gone before I can get out the door to ask them a question. Absolute garbage customer service from their office staff. I’d drop them but I live out in the country and I hate bugs. As soon as I can find someone with a similar pricing structure, they’re gone.

My technician Shay is the ABSOLUTE best but the receptionists(or whatever her position is) has a very very very very very very nasty attitude. I have never experienced so much RUDENESS with a company in my 24yrs in business. I love orkin don't get me wrong but the she lied and tried to degrade me during my extremely unpleasant conversation with her gives me second thoughts about this company, just simply because they would allow someone with NO PEOPLE'S SKILLS to communicate with PAYING customers.
