I would give them five stars for being able to come out the same day. I really appreciated that. But the sales person I initially talked to was dishonest. He said that we can cancel without penalty and that just was not true. Luckily, we had an awesome tech that came out that day to help us, but the transparency of the companies policies is very murky. For this reason, we will be choosing another company to work with. I felt very pushed into services we didn’t want, and after I declined needing services for mosquitoes, we were still charged for them anyways (it’s November in Iowa….) I rate the technician that came to see us a 10 out of 10. An amazing guy. The people from corporate or whoever you talk to initially on the phone or just trying to sell services and are not transparent. So just be mindful of that.

Orkin was so great! Brett came to our house and listened to our needs. He was in an out so fast and was very nice. I 10/10 recommend. We had to do the 30 service again but their guarantee is so worth it. They are understanding and great!

Tech was helpful and customer oriented. He asked for any concerns I had or change in activity and then talked me through seasonal changes that had brought on my problems. He was kind, informative, and addressed everything I brought up. Bonus points for him getting on my dogs good sides.

My Orkin tech’s name is Josh. He provides great service and is enjoyable to chat with. He doesn’t mind if I ask questions or have him pay closer attention to certain pests, bugs, etc… Josh always lets me know I can call if I need them to come back out in between my scheduled services. He also does a great job of accommodating (within reason) the schedule if there’s a best time or conflict. Most important, we live in the woods and our mice and bug problem is almost non existent.

Joe and Ben are both awesome. They gave us detailed lists and pictures. Made sure the work was done as requested and agreed on. Ron the team supervisor was also great. They were communicating with my parents at all stages. The service we needed was spending but hoping it will be worth it.

Elijah, our Orkin service technician, provided excellent service today. He communicated thoroughly when he would arrive. He told me exactly what he was going to do and was very expeditious. I thought Elijah was very friendly as well.

We came home to 2 bats in our house after vacation and quickly called all the local pest control experts in our area. Orkin was the only one who answered and got a service agent out to our residence the next day. John was excellent and thorough, going over our property with a fine tooth comb. We found the problem issues along with a few other surprise issues. Technicians were out the next Monday (John visited Friday) and everything was cleaned up and taken care of by Tuesday. Everyone was kind, respectful and they even have managers check over their work before they leave.
