I'd give zero stars if I could. These guys are terrible, customer service is terrible. We bought the orkin rodent guard and they did a terrible job installing it, left screws all over the yard, didn't complete job in multiple spots. When I called and complained their service manager gave me the run around for about a 2 months. He didn't even have the nerve to call me back, customer service kept telling me he was in meetings. 8 hour a day meetings for two weeks straight, sure! This company is a joke, DO NOT RECOMMEND!

I can’t speak for all Orkin branches but would highly discourage anyone from using the Cedar Falls one. Only reason they aren’t getting less stars is because of the inspector (Jon) and the final technician that came out (Keaton). First technician they sent out didn’t hardly do any work and from then it was a disaster. You’re supposed to have a 90 satisfaction guarantee, all they guarantee is that you have 90 days to pay whether the work is complete or not. Tried contacting the service manager (Micheal) and the branch manager (Riley) and was not contacted for weeks. Only reason I got in touch was due to contacting the inspector so that he could push my concerns along. This occurred multiple times. When the branch manager finally contacted me she completely ignored my concerns and actually didn’t acknowledge anything that I said. My experience with this branch was that Orkin didn’t care because they had their money. Again I would recommend Jon the inspector and Keaton the technician, but I cannot recommend the managers at the Cedar Falls location.

I was told the tech would arrive between 8-10 he arrived at 8:05. I explained the situation and he went to work. 23 mins later the job was done. 8:30 I was on to the rest of my weekend. 5 stars he was very professional and understood my concerns. Honestly if I could give more the 5 stars I would bank a solid 20 stars. First time dealing with Orkin and I am definitely satisfied with the work.

I recently had Orkin come out and was extremely satisfied with their service. The technician was prompt, and knowledgeable. They not only resolved our ant and rodent issues but also provided helpful prevention tips. Since the treatment, our home has remained completely pest-free. Highly recommend!

The Orkin professionals did our inspection that very day we called. They told us what to expect and we felt like they were very sensitive to our needs. The service tech who came a few days later was very nice and reassuring. We signed up for service every two months to keep things nice. We definitely recommend Orkin and will continue to use them!

The first inspector came out quoted service, went through everything, then it was nothing but problems. They reschedules on us several times without notice until we called because they didn’t show up. Had been quoted for payment plan and they wanted full payment right at service. We also had been quoted for year long warranty and that was removed without our knowing. After 1 visit, I was charged and the technician said that would come off. Called customer service because it didn’t and all they said was, nope you never paid for the warranty—which we asked for several times so it was their fault. Wouldn’t remove the charge even though we were told it would be. Her only offer to help was to set up a payment plan for the warranty. DO NOT RECOMMEND
