I had contact to orkin after read the some reviews so I called them for mice problems in my house they came and placed couple of traps but after two three week past non of the mice trapped so I bought glue blankets kind trapped from Amazon and it's trapped 4 mice so I called them and stopped my next service due not further fees and I told them give me a rest refund that they charged on day 1 called so they said we performed the service for trapping so it's can't be a refund so I told them why your website saying that not satisfie will give u refund so just one answer we performed so that is not will refund I said ok then so be careful from them I think they trapping a human not mice

The professional who came out to exterminate (Im sorry Im bad at remembering names i believe it was Alicia) was very attentive to addressing all the areas of the house inside & out & to where the most rodent & pest activity was happening. I had used Orkin at my previous home for general pest control for many years and they never disappointed and I never had issues with pests. I moved to a new home and ended up needing Orkins services again due to ants. The enrollment process was simple, I was able to quickly speak to a representative, I was able to schedule an appointment for the next day, the Orkin inspector, Nestor, was at my home on time and let me know ahead of time that he was on his way. Nestor was knowledgeable and came to my home to do what he needed to do. He provided me with relevant information and I was very satisfied with my Orkin experience.
