During my August visit, Joe cautioned me about a basement wall that was starting to bow. This was something that I was unaware of. Since he was kind enough to mention this situation, I have already had repairs done by a foundation company. You are fortunate to have such a great employee who really looks out for his customers!

The technician that came to the house was great. The service center was not however. They told me it was going to be $350 and then $50 a month for 7 months. I told the technician that. He said nope! This is just for fleas. They added pest control. That’s their way of making money. He fixed it and saved me so much money! Service center didn’t even tell me what to accept or anything.

They have been out here every week since may 23rd. Still got ants ,spiders , pincher bugs. I'm canceling them today. Worst pest control company in Illinios. Scams. They never came for a second visit and look what customer service said.

I’m giving 5 stars because Joe is great! Always so kind and accommodating. It’s the office staff that hasn’t been so helpful. I work 70+ hours a week. I’m never home during the week. My husband has 1 weekday off so we plan Joe’s visits on that day. I’ve called no less than 5 times requesting a call to let us know when to expect Joe as my husband has other things to do on his days off. I haven’t received a call in almost a year. Every time I call the girl says she doesn’t know why I didn’t get called and it’s in my file to call. I’m getting very frustrated with the whole process as I don’t think we’re asking too much for a call so we can plan. I’m also not paying >$100 a service for the outside only to be treated and it’s not fair to Joe to make him come back to do the inside. It’s also not his job to call us, which he’s offered to do. I’m really hoping this gets rectified or we might be cancelling our service, which we’ve had for 10+ years, and going with another company.
