Continuously showing up unannounced when I’ve asked not to and charging me still. Horrible, you guys have gone completely downhill since Rochelle left. Also, your response below is not ok. You guys have showed up over 4x without sending an email/ text or phone call…. And then lied and said my mailbox was full. You haven’t refunded me yet either so please don’t respond with an automatic message when you have zero plans of fixing the issue.

Absolutely horrible customer service from Patrick Spencer the branch manager. I have record that I called to cancel services back on 9/29. The woman on the phone said that my services would be cancelled and a manager would reach out to me regarding if there was anything they could do to make up for the unsatisfied services. I thought no one called me back, but turns out they did on 9/30 and did NOT leave a voicemail. How am I supposed to know who is calling? I kept receiving unscheduled appointments that I did NOT schedule. I figured maybe the manager was trying to make up for my poor experience with Orkin since I never heard back from them so I finally let the tech come even though I mentioned numerous times that I had cancelled these services because they were not helping our problem. I looked at my credit card bill and was charged for services that I DID NOT want. I called Orkin to cancel for a THIRD time, and finally someone called me back and actually left a voicemail. I spoke to Patrick Spencer today and he was very rude and unprofessional. He refused to give me a refund for charges that I did not want after I had tried to cancel back on 9/29, and lied and said he left me a voicemail when there is absolutely no record of that on 9/30. He also lied and said there was no record of my attempt to cancel, but when I called customer service they were able to see my note of requesting to cancel on 9/29. I definitely do not recommend this branch.

Asked on three separate occasions to have the tech call me 30 minutes before they arrive. I live 30 minutes from the property and wanted to meet them there since some of the tenants weren’t home. I called in the days leading up to the appointment each time making this request and was told each time it would happen. The only calls I received from the tech were him telling me he’s there and that he can’t wait 30 minutes for me to arrive so I need to reschedule. If I was never going to receive the call just tell me that when I ask for it. Don’t promise it to me and then never deliver.

Called to have a 2nd story hornets nest removed. The man came with no ladder. Borrowed my six foot ladder just so his spray could reach. Sprayed the nest & knocked most of it down with a pole. Remnants of the nest remain on the eave & I am not convinced they won’t rebuild it. Was told the perimeter of the property would be treated to remove food sources. Was not told this would not get done for one week.
