The technicians are always extremely knowledgeable and friendly. They never hesitate to check something out when I have a problem and I have definitely seen a decrease in pests since we became members. Text alerts are sent to notify me of when they will arrive so I can make sure my dog is indoors. I cannot say enough good things about this company. If you have a problem with pests, may it be rodents, bugs, etc they are the place to call. Both Keegan and Kyle are awesome technicians and I highly recommend them!!! Thank you!!!!! A++ 5 stars!

The crew from Orkin has done a great job. Everyone is polite and professional. I would like more communication. It took 8 days to get a copy of the signed contract that I had to request. I had to initiate whether the date of service was still happening. I received no notification when the crew would show up and they left without reviewing their work. Everyone was hardworking especially since it was outdoor work and 90s... I would have appreciated verbal feedback concerning the job. I would highly recommend even though there was some missing communication

in the spring we had tiny ants popping up in the house and my parents had had fantastic results from working with Orkin so we decided to do interior and exterior treatments. Best decision we made! We have not had any bugs or mosquitoes around the pool. No more ants or any bugs at all! All of the texts have been so nice and respectful of our home. Communication is spot on. Pricing was much better than we ever would have guessed. We plan on keeping up the service every year.

Seth was very nice and knowledgeable about the business. He was on time for his appointment and started right away. He explained what he was going to do and I think he explained too much because it freaked out my wife and she didn’t want to stay in the house for the weekend. But everything is good we look forward to seeing Orkin come back next month.

Josh was very friendly and polite, but the inspection could have been a lot more thorough. We described that we recently had been on vacation and had seen some bed bugs the morning after our first night back. He checked a few places, didn’t find anything, and said he didn’t think we had an infestation. After he left we started washing all our bedding and my wife found a bunch of live bugs and old shedded shells between our box spring and the plastic cover that is over parts of it. It was obviously a concentration of bugs that had been there since before we went on our vacation.

This experience was terrible. First I dealt with 3-4 different ppl during this whole ordeal. They were not on the same page at all. I got different info from each person regarding anything. Any question I asked or whatever, the was a different answer. The kid who did the estimate was very pushy. Demanding signatures and waiting outside my home until I got there just to get them. One of the techs was a kid in training so he barely knew anything about raccoons or the process. They knew nothing about the contract we signed. Trapping went ok. When it was time to close up the hole, no one communicated a time or anything. Random ppl just showed up saying they were with orkin. The initial visit was the same, no time given or who would be there just random ppl showing up. During the whole process I was told we had 90 days to make the first payment. I told them we didn't need financing so that was not on my contact. I was harassed for payment by different ppl two weeks after the work was complete. I had to request an invoice to pay. Very rude and pushy when there was nothing provided saying when the payment was due. Not that paying was an issue, I was trying to be clear on all the things I was told. Now they put a hard inquiry on my credit for no reason. I am beyond pissed! It's been two weeks! I never authorized a hard pull for anything. I never used the financing so there was no reason to pull my credit. Even if I did, it's been two weeks!! I will never use their service again and I will make sure I spread the word about this horrible company!! Very unprofessional and horrible communication. Techs also look sketchy.

We were pleased with the courteous crew that worked at our home. Everyone was very willing to listen to our concerns, they were all addressed, answered, and taken care of. The crew did a great job of cleaning up at the end of the work day. A special thank you to Keegan as the first time he came to our home, he recommended the free full house inspection. If he had not mentioned this service, we wouldn't have been aware of our problem. We've used Orkin for many years and will continue to use them and recommend to others.
