He was professional, Polite and inspected the whole house from the attic to the perimeter of the exterior. Advertised as 24/7 which is not the case. When you finally do get in touch, they say there are hours of operation. May be helpful to outline those hours since it’s not actually 24/7. They have a hard time calling, answering and following up. The call center always says they will have the local branch follow up and then the local branch does not. The St. Rose location is the worst. Had a tech who only contacted me via text (Cody) and then ghosted us for both “scheduled visits”. Did not follow up, did not apologize, nothing. Never even showed up! Paying for a service that is not guaranteed, unorganized and completely not worth the money. Will be cancelling my membership soon.
