Absolutely unacceptable driving from an employee. I wonder if it was the same guy I saw doing the same exact thing during the summer over near Post Dr. This guy was on the highway a few days ago swerving and fluctuating speed. When I drove past, he was looking STRAIGHT DOWN at his phone and giggling. Same thing I saw this summer. Another guy was going 20 under near Greenville when it was snowing, that's forgivable even though the roads were completely fine. I just kindly ask that the employees of this company take road safety seriously and stay off their phones.

I contacted the 800 number at 9:30 PM for a visit the following morning for an inspection. I found what I thought we bedbugs in my home. The next morning Trent and his trainy came. They identified the infestation as bedbugs immediately. How are they then inspected the rest of the house to see if they might have spread. The scheduler was out that day for them to fumigate. However, Mitch, the supervisor came while the normal exterminator schedule was completely full for the next week and a half. Mitch came out assessed the situation and eliminated the infestation for us. Service I got was excellent. And Mitch or someone else from his team will be out to do the follow-up in the next week and a half. Couldn't be happier with my service.

Tim was our rep. He showed up on time and was very professional and friendly in working with me. It was his first time at the house, so I spent a few minutes going over what I wanted done. After that, I let him be and he completed the task without questions. He's a good man, working for a good company. Have been with Orkin for years. I am loyal to them.

Updated below 👇🏽 I'm still undecided. I've had 4 treatments now and still continue to have Carpenter bumblebees and hornet issues. Not every Orkin person that comes out is as thorough as the next one. Appears to be a waste of money at this point in time. ***Update*** They wanted me to call to set up a follow-up appointment...this has already been done once. A follow-up is pointless when the workers are inconsistent with the spraying and not even hitting the problem spots on the second floor under the dormers.

Everything worked out well after I had the initial service and then the follow up. I would recommend getting the service with the 30 day warranty for anything that may pop up after the initial service. All together I am pleased with the end result.

Damien was thorough. When I mentioned Spring tails, he said he had a special spray for the drains! This was great as the last Tech when I mentioned this to him, he did nothing. Damien was very personable, polite, and listened to everything I had to say about the spray of certain areas. Please make him my regular technician if you can. Truly, a great employee. I would give him a bonus if I were his employer.

Ron, our Orkin tech, is flexible to include us in his busy schedule when we report ani insect problem. He is very thorough and offers good suggestions on issues that could prevent future issues. We enjoy his cheerful attitude. Orkin has been very responsive and all the personnel- both office and field tech are well trained. We’ve been very satisfied with their service.

I've used orkin before for a bee issue at my home. Worked well, no issues. I'm on my 2nd round with them and they were not successful taking care of a carpet beetle issue at my home. They also changed one of my appointments randomly and did not tell me. The scheduler just made decision and did not communicate to us. So, we were not home. Ultimately, they are 50/50 with me.
