After posting an A star review for the services I got from Orkin, LLC this past Monday, much to my surprise and disappointment, I just learned at looking at my credit card statement that you all DOUBLE CHARGED me for the services. I specifically told the service rep before you sent the inspector out to my home when she insisted that I give you my credit card number NOT to charge my card and that I would be paying by cash, which I did -- cash on hand to your inspector after he completed the job on Monday, October 28, 2024 at my home. Please CORRECT this or I will be sure to let the public know that Orkin cannot be trusted when it comes to entrusting you with customers' money. I have also disputed the charge with my bank. You should not have double charged me for this service!

Great service. Had a problem with one of the cleaning technicians, and wasn’t happy with my cleaning service, called the company and manager came himself to the rescue and did a very great job. Every time someone came out they didn't do much they spray outside the house but didn't do much on the inside. For a year each representative did something different and had different things for us to do the problem only got worse. One gut said it was his 2nd day and he only came out with a spray bottle... its been over a year and i refuse to keep paying for the problem to get worse... I'll pay them off but I can't afford them and still have the same problem I already had

Awful service. It is definitely not like it used to be. They sent two different representatives to my house who did not have the equipment needed to do the job. Such bad service. The guy they sent today said it was his 3rd day on the job and he didn’t know if what he had would work. The thing is, Orkin charges you Everytime they come out.

We called them out for an earwig problem last year at this time. Our house was crawling with them, even in our bed at night. We called them out he didn’t do any of the stuff advertised (sealing cracks ect) he only sprayed & told us to wait a week for it to work. The problem became worse so we called them back after a couple weeks to spray again but another waste of time. When I called after that to cancel the service the lady answering phones was the rudest B I’ve ever had the displeasure of speaking with. She told me she was putting me on some blocked list because I canceled my service. LOL. It didn’t work anyway?? Long story short this year We bought “home defender” from Walmart & spray ourselves once a month along with tea tree oil & it worked amazing not 1 earwig at all & it didn’t cost us 400$. This place is a joke, what a disappointment

The technician fake sprayed a chemical on my baseboard and was in and out of my buisness in 4mins. He also forged the signature!!!!!! Don't hire these crooks!!!!! Hire a mom and pop like Im about to. I'm gonna make sure everyone knows how they do business!!!

Orkin has taken care of me for a while. Their staff is patient and knowledgeable. If we have any issues at all they work hard to fit us in where they can. Very positive experience.

I have had Orkin for about 2 1/2 months. I have been dealing with calling them literally every other week to get rid of ants. I stated maybe they needed to spray more heavily than what they were and when they did that the ants were gone. That lasted about a month which is cool in that room, but then it occurred in other rooms in which were sprayed lightly. It seems like they spray a little but enough to make them go away so they can keep coming back depending on areas sprayed. I have closed my account. Worst experience ever for the money they expect to be paid. I even had some outside service to get rid of the bees under the porch in which they said they would take care of. He sprayed but apparently did nothing about the hive (which they stated they would) if not I would have hired someone else. We all know we have to get rid of the hive to get rid of them but they sprayed and some died & others survived! AWFUL EXPERIENCE!
