If your the Orkin business that does Palm Isle Apartments. Your technician did a very half assed job when he did my apartment. He asked if was having problems and I said a little bit. He sprayed the front door entry and only about 6 ft of wall in the living room. Only about half of the kitchen, part of the bathroom and none of the bedroom. He was leaving and I said are you going to do the bedroom? He not unless your having problems! I have lived in several apartments and companies have always sprayed the whole interior perimeter of the apartment. With all the hype on your TV commercials I expected royal treatment. I was sorely disappointed in your service!

They came out the following week and treated the outside again, and then requested that we cut the lawn down as short as possible, and then they came back out and sprayed so very attentive.
