I had an appointment scheduled today between 4-6pm that I confirmed twice. They were supposed to spray a Yellowjacket hive and seal multiple spots with bee foam. I get a text today at 11am that Orkin’s at my house?! I call and they say oh no, don’t worry, nobody’s there, they’re coming at 4. Then I get another text at 1pm saying the work’s been done and my card’s been charged?! I call again and they say oh no nobody’s been there it’s ok. I get home and the work is halfway done- they sprayed, but no sealing like promised. I call again and they say uhhh the manager has to call you back. I wait a half hour and call again, she says the manager will call me immediately. I wait another 45 minutes with no call back. I call again at five minutes to closing and get their machine. Orkin charged me $433 to do 1/3 of a job and entered my property when I wasn’t home and charged my card without me ever even knowing for sure they were at my house, and now won’t even return my call to make it right. Unethical, unprofessional and unacceptable. .

The 2 technicians sent here were fabulous. I’m watching my nephews who are 7 and 5 and they took them through the process and they were so excited. It was a very professional and great experience. Kudos to both of them but especially Dennis who even swept my floor.

Jessica and her team at Orkin were so professional, helpful and fast when I needed work done to my property’s attic. Jessica was fantastic to work with from start to finish, always responded quickly and answered ALL of my questions. The work was done in one day, with a follow up to ensure everything was properly insulated and sealed. I will definitely be using Orkin for future pest control and maintenance treatments.

I got a text message with 3 minutes notice that they were sending someone to do my bi monthly ant treatment. It was at 1:20 in the afternoon, I have a job and I was working. THIS IS NOT OK. I would not have had enough time to even get home if they called me. It was not a time I could even leave work unless it was a family emergency. There is no note on my door saying if they even did anything or treated the outside. My main concern is an area I side my house that I need treated. A couple months ago I made an appointment with a guy that was going to come on that Saturday to do an inspection on my crawl space to see if it was sealed correctly. (three days after our conversation to set up the appointment) HE NEVER SHOWED. NO CALL NO TEXT EITHER. I waited for over 2 hours from our agreed upon time. I am really becoming sorry I signed up for this service! AGAIN THIS IS NOT OK. Another time they texted me a time they were planning on coming. That time and day did not work for me. I called and left a message to change that appointment, no call back for 2 days. I called again and still no response. I was home but having cement poured that day so they would not be able to get to my yard or in my house without obstacles. I did not want them to be in the way or hurt themselves on the obstacles. They showed up anyway. I had to send them away and then someone called me to reschedule. VERY POOR COMMUNICATION AND SERVICE.

I think Orkin did a wonderful job. They let me know just how bad my infestation was and what to do. With proper instruction and quick service we were able to solve my problem quickly and efficiently. I appreciate all the people who have helped us especially Louis Chiavetta who do both of our treatments. Very patient and nice guy.

Called and talked to a very nice lady who said they guaranteed satisfaction and would definitely be able to solve my mice problem right away. When the guy came he that he would set traps from me but would not be back to get the dead mice for 1-2 month so I would have to dispose of the dead mice myself and it probably still would not solve the problem. So essentially they were saying it would cost me hundreds of dollars for them to set mouse traps that I would have to dispose of myself. Does that sound crazy to anyone else?
