Scott was very respectful of where he was spraying and asked if there were any areas I didn't want treated. He was super professional and gave me advice for future issues such as replacing the rotten wood piece and cracks in the brick which is where the bees made their way in. We have had yellow jackets getting in for over a month and no one could figure out where they were coming from. He also treated for ants which we've been doing but he went out of his way to take off our electric covers to dust because the ants were coming in through there and I've already seen a huge decrease in those. I couldn't be more satisfied and super glad I called Orkin!

Provided great explanations and feedback, as well as answering all questions and concerns. Would highly recommend Orkin! Original post @ July 10,3024 The company embodied transparency regarding their services, practices, and product, indicating their priorities were professional delivery of contracted services and customer satisfaction. They delivered on both items. The work crew was a team and worked extremely well together. All questions were answered, concerns addressed, and the work completed was meticulous. SHOUT OUT to Gage, Autumn, Brice, and a fourth worker whose name we didn't learn. During the day, the job manager, Chris, stopped to check in and following the conclusion of the job, the original inspector, Justin, stopped in and reviewed the work completed.. Clearly, the entire company takes pride in their work from beginning to end and we appreciated all involved and their efforts.

I called the regional office to get a quote. Within 10 minutes of calling, I got a local office notification that they could actually treat my stinger issue within 4 hours and for cheaper! The tech did Fantastic and has a follow up already scheduled to ensure the yellow jackets are truly gone!

You guys came out Tuesday. My husband and I went out to the back yard and we both realized you guys broke our statue. Some human decency and letting us know would have been nice. Added note along that side of the house all our solar lights were bent as well. I don’t care about the lights as much as I do the statue.

I am very happy with Orkin and their services. Scott comes to service our home every other month and truly listens to what issues we are having and tells us everything he's doing during each service. Scott goes above and beyond to make sure we are happy with the service we are paying for, he's friendly, and personable. The two Orkin employees were prompt and ready to examine where the bats could have been entering the house. I feel that they were efficient. At times they had to get on the ladders to seal crevices. I’m confident they did a complete job. Thank goodness.
