Brandon did a great job with communicating and cleaning up work at the end of the job. He explained things well and made the process pretty straight forward. I appreciate the work Brandon and his crew did to clean up the concrete holes and my garden beds - they even replaced some mulch that had spilled out onto my driveway. I’m new to Orkin but so far I’ve been very pleased with their service! When I reached out to this company initially, I wasn’t sure what to expect. I was pleasantly surprised to find staff who were informative, knowledgeable, and helpful! I wasn’t put “on hold” and no one asked me if they could have a supervisor call me back because they didn’t know how to answer a question. All of my questions were answered and my concerns were addressed. Technicians were friendly and helpful and worked with me to keep my “fur-baby” safe during treatment! We paid $225 today (and signed up for a $51 bi-monthly contract) for our yard and entire home to be treated for fleas because our dogs have been under attack (and recently us) and we were finding fleas around our house despite keeping our dogs outside 24 hours per day. After staying away from our home for 4 hours to let the treatment soak in and treating our dogs with a monthly flea pill that starts working in 30 mins and still keeping them outside after giving them a flea bath this morning, we returned and my wife still can't walk through our home without fleas hopping on her feet. We wonder what exactly the technician did once we left.

This company is great, Vincent always does a great job. He has eradicated yellow jackets in a window void, paper wasps in/on our electrical box, earwigs, spiders, and we’re working on fire ants and mice as the season starts to change. We haven’t even been here a month and there’s almost no pest issues in what was once a vacant home for almost a year. Other companies I’ve used in the past would have taken months to achieve these results. Customer for life.
