We never have bugs and Orkin only comes every other month. I am also especially happy with there employees. Always happy, friendly and knowledgable. I had two services completed yesterday. 1st The Orkin pro came in and completed the termite treatment in my yard. I had to rebuild my home and decided that I was going to get the perimeter of the outside of the home treated. 2nd another Orkin pro who was scheduled to come out and Interior of the home. I had that done just for extra precaution. I put my Home on a quarterly schedule and I know I will be satisfied with my decision and service. I also hired Orkin to install treated pesticide insulation in my attic, which I would recommend anyone who is rebuilding an old home to get that type of insulation.

I have had a good experience so far. They arrived when stated and and spent several hours looking for and sealing cracks where rodents could come in. They will be back in 3 days to check traps that were set. Ive been pleased so far. Very friendly and hard workers as well.

We have been using Orkin for 2 years now and we have not had a single problem. In the beginning, if I found a dead bug that I didn’t recognize I would call and send them a picture of it and they would send a tech out each time to check the house and let me know everything is ok. After the first 6 months of service, I haven’t called them for anything. They are here every 3 months and never have a problem if I need to reschedule. Brent is always punctual and attentive to any concerns we may have and we appreciate his expertise.

I got Orkin because they were supposed to be the best. But, my experience has been subpar. I got the “free” termite inspection scheduled but the tech refused to come and inspect. He told me if my “walls are not crumbling I don’t have termites” and proceeded to try to sell me the $1400 package for preventative measures. I also pay for the bimonthly maintenance service and that’s been fine so far.

.Curtis who is my family's technician is exceptionally good and great. He really knows his job, cares tremendously about leaving our home in pristine condition without any pests, even cares about a stray critter here or there enough to catch one with his bare hands and leave it outside (a baby lizard once). He is knowledgeable, thorough, highly super efficient and observant about the potential for pests and eradicating them inside and outside, and is very caring and responsive about any fears we express or additional spraying that is required to keep the home free of pests. Curtis is worth his weight in gold as a pest control technician and we appreciate Orkin so much for sending this wonderful technician to our home. Thank you.

Joshua came and treated our home for pests. He was very respectful and answered all our questions and was very professional. He only took about an hour and made sure we didn’t have any other concerns before leaving. Very nice guy. Alex and his coworker were very respectful and answers all our questions prior to adding Orkin’s special pest control insulation to our attic. They completed the job in a timely manner and cleaned up before they left. We’re very pleased with their professionalism and will continue to use Orkin for our pest control needs.
