I have left several messages to get a call back to pay for two houses upfront, with electronic checks. I was told to call the office and ask for a specific lady.... I did, four days ago... I've talked to three different people, and still, I can't get a call back. I had to give my debit card up front... And I said, ABSOLUTELY, DO NOT USE IT.... I WILL PAY WITH ELECTRONIC CHECKS, OUT OF THE PROPER ACCOUNTS for two houses. STILL no call back from the VERY detailed messages I have left with all the people I spoke with. Oh, and they scheduled an appointment, yesterday, that I knew NOTHING about... One of the houses I have a tenant in. I won't go in without giving her notice. So, the tech was literally, already here for a non-existent appointment. I am very disappointed with the administrative side of things. I do like Orkin products, and the techs and Point Of Service people were amazing. I was also told I would have granules put in the attics in both houses, which the tech, or the person I talked to before the tech, knew nothing about.... So, we'll see what happens. If someone actually calls me back today, after leaving my FIRST message on Monday... I will update and change my review. The agreement amounts better not come out of my account, due to them not returning a VERY, VERY detailed message for the lady I was told to call.... How they made an appointment without me, is beyond me, though... That one is still a mystery. I never leave bad reviews.... But this has been been a fiasco. As I said.... If everything is actually taken care of TODAY, I will update and change my review. Signed.... Very Disappointed in the Administrative Department.

This company does not communicate. Call the local number and a call center answered. Explained in detail the issue and an appointment was set. Tech arrived and had no idea why he was on site. Explained our needs and was told he did not carry the bait boxes, so another appointment would be needed. The tech that is now coming out called and said he would have the last tech make better notes and would set an appointment for next month. I explained that once again no one communicates and the appointment was to bring the needed bait boxes. If you go with Orkin, you will have to manage your account! So this is additional info. Tech was scheduled to bring out rat bait boxes and never showed. Manager is coming out to bring them. Also please don’t ask me to call to discuss. That’s all I do…,

A pest control company just stopped at my house offering me a deal to switch. I was just telling my partner how amazing it is that he actually declined his own offer because he said he couldn’t beat the amazing care that our Orkin Inspector does for us, her name is Andrea. And also Orkin in general. I reported during financial struggles they will still do the service and allow me to pay the following month or when I can. Never berate, judge, or harass me. Always kind and using a warm tone. (You can tell on the phone believe it or not) Payment isn’t due at time of service. The one problem I have ever had the manager spent 90 minutes on the phone trying to help me by researching and explaining options and tips with me. I haven’t seen this or heard of this kind of customer service in a long time. Thank you Orkin I feel proud and this WILL keep your customers. Customer service at its finest!! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️?
