My Orkin person (Christopher) did a thorough inspection and was professional. He explained the contract and everything he was going to do before he got started. It's my first pest treatment so I can't speak to effectiveness yet (will update on that on a later date) but they were highly recommended and very reasonably priced.

Every single employee that we delt with from working with Orkin was extremely polite, and exceptionally knowledgeable about the extreme problem we had with mice, spiders and every bug imaginable that we had. They explained everything they did in simple terms. They made sure we understood everything. The supervisor came by two days later to inspect that all the work was done correctly and to our satisfaction. I highly recommend Orkin Pest Control.

I have had the best experience with Orkin. The customer service is above average. Every question is answered. The go above and beyond what is expected. My Dad has Dementia and I needed to make sure his home was safe and healthy. The representatives ensured they could take care of my Dad. They gave me detailed instructions and what to expect. I got plenty of notifications. The home inspector came on time. He was friendly and pleasant. He did a very detailed inspection. I am very pleased with what I have seen. He set up expectations of future visits. I love the care he showed to my Dad. His name was Craig I believe. What a Godsend.

A few years ago, I moved into an apartment I scarcely had the time to look at, since our family was relocating back to the state. Unfortunately, as it happens at times, we had cockroaches, and although the complex sprayed, it didn't resolve the issue. We ended up moving 6 months later, and although we packed as we moved, trying to make certain we didn't bring cockroaches with us, it happened anyway, and they quickly got out of control. I called Orkin, and Andrew came to take care of the issue for us. Andrew is quite knowledgeable about any bug/pest related question I have had, from mice to cockroaches, to mosquitoes, to spiders, and he even asks about my husband and kids by name, haha... That man has a remarkable memory that serves us, him, and Orkin well. I can't recommend Orkin enough. They make a painful problem (having bugs) as painless as possible. And once the bugs are gone, they keep coming back to ensure they never return. Seriously, if you're on the fence, jump off, and hire Orkin. They *are* the right ones.

They are a fantastic company. You can call them anytime day or night and they will help you. I have Matthew as my Orkin Pro and he does a UNBELIEVABLE JOB, very friendly, trustworthy, you tell him what you need and he gets it done, quickly, neatly, efficiently, and professionally. They take care of the inside of my home 4500 Square feet, they take care of my yard which is 15 acres of wilderness and they take care of my business inside and out and I couldn’t be happier. Trust Orkin they do exactly what they say there going to do and they do a wonderful job. I’d also like to add that I have dogs and cats and they always make sure that there safety is first. Orkin loaded this damaged bait station and killed my beloved cat Caesar. I made it clear at commencement of service that I have several cats. I was assured the equipment was safe for them. After my cat died, I read up on the use of the Protecta LP bait station. These bait stations are supposed to be staked to the ground when cats have access. Orkin did not stake them down. They are not cat resistant and were not even deployed properly. All the preventive safeguards were missing from the bait station and it should have been replaced. The label on the outside that lists the ingredients was worn off also.

Very impressed with Orkin and their level of service! What I appreciate about Matthew, our pest control tech, is he's professional and thorough...but he's also down to earth as a couple of senior citizens ask him about bugs we know nothing about, follow him around a bit to show him an extra spot or two, and occasionally interrupt him. We are blessed to have that kind of friendly & caring service in today's world! 😊

We can’t express enough about our Dylan. Our Orkin guy. He is the best we have ever had and so disappointed that we are going to lose him. He’s a very hard worker and he’s going to be missed by many of his customers and Orkin is losing the best. Tysm Dylan! 🙏🏼
