I’ve known about Orkin for a long time and always have enjoyed their business. My exterminator and I around the same age and got along really well and held a conversation the entire time he did his job. If I had questions he would answer them and then explain. The price may be steep but it’s well worth it. Orkin is amazing.

I had a scheduling issue and could not afford service to begin with and I got hung up on by Tanya. The Cookville location is the closest to my house. We hadn't even had service begin yet. She proceeded to tell me I needed a 30-day notice when it hasn't even been 30 days since I scheduled the appointment then she tried to tell me that she would push the appointment out 30 days and I said well then take this as my notice I don't know when I'll be able to schedule again . Then she proceeded to repeat herself it's canceled it's canceled it's canceled and then hung up on me . Contrary to my experience with customer service the tech that came out to help with a free inspection to better address my needs was absolutely fantastic Leslie was kind and helpful. He was great at communicating after talking to Tanya I had some concerns that they weren't actually going to cancel my appointment and try to get me to have to pay for it anyway so I called him and he handled all my concerns I will never use Orkin because of being hung up on and so disrespectfully talk to on the phone I tried to call corporate and you can't ever get anybody on the phone because you have to go through 18 different answering machine question so I gave up.
