Called Orkin as my tenants were experiencing some sort of infestation and needed it taken care of ASAP. The rep told me the times she had available for a technician to go out, just needed my card info and we’d go from there. We ended the call and I got with both units and were able to figure out time & day they will both be available and gave Orkin a call back to update them of my tenants availability only for them to tell me that the date/time that they (Orkin) offered us isn’t going to work for them (Orkin) Huh?? I’m trying to get my tenants taken care of.. one star for wasting my time.

I'm sorry I forget his name. Robert or David. He's great. Very professional yet down to earth friendly. Listens to you. If you have a problem he comes right out to take care of it. Like if he was just there dealing w ants & a few days l8r you're seeing ants, he's right back out there... depending on schedule of course. Been the best. We went thru a few w issues but since he's been coming, it's been much better.

Service was fantastic. Called Monday, they were here Tuesday. Jasmine was informative and thorough. I watched her use multiple different techniques throughout the house and out. She asked me specifically about every single issue I had and made sure to use something specific for each one. She explained the details of my plan and even with all these different methods, they still only charged me the base rate. I’m never calling any other pest control service again. Wish I would’ve gone with Orkin a long time ago!

All of your staff were excellent. Especially the technician that worked on the termite problem. He came in early work hard and pick up after him self. I know it's a messy situation but he kept it clean ?. I never Saw some one work this hard. Excellent job ?. Also you all worked well with the contactor. He was able to install repair our bath. Than you all came in to spray. This worked out great.? Great customer service. Iam glad we chosed Orkin.

Since the very moment I called to set up service everything went well. The service is for the El Paso TX area. The Orkin Pro guy Jose or Joey was really nice, listened to my concerns and went above and beyond spraying all areas were mosquitoes hide.He took his time going over the our back yard and front lawn going over every inch. (We had used another company before and they never did this so in depth) I think is is important to mention that we got the mosquito service. During summer mosquitoes thrive in the shade here. So far so good.
