I am a very particular individual and I follow up to assure what I’m paying for is what I am getting. I am partial to 1 individual with the cool name of Michael Myers. He is honest and a nice guy. I appreciate all the ladies Breanna and Lyndsey and Maggie who always take my concerns and address them immediately. So far I am a dedicated customer and I live out in the boondocks so my issues are real. Thank you. A wanted to make mention of Ashton as well who did my termite perimeter protection of my house that dug deeper for termador to be further down to the recommended depth. He accommodated my specifications.

We just bought our house and wanted to be proactive so we called Orkin. It was really easy to setup our service. We were able to get a professional to come over the next day. Candace was great. She was friendly and professional.

I do not recommend this company to anyone. They have the worse customer service I have ever experienced. We had one of their so called “inspectors”, come do an inspection on our home. The so called “inspector” Michael , damaged my tools by dropping them. Got the run around about them reimbursing my tools that were damaged. The inspector ADMITTED to hitting stuff in the garage. Nothing was ever done, no reimbursement or anything. They just said sorry ?‍♂️ so if you want your stuff damaged and no accountability taken then definitely use them. Maggie the so called “manager”, was no help at all. Steer away from this unprofessional company, save your time and money. Update: tried to get ahold of the company so they could “make it right” like I was told to do so and still have not heard back from them. I stand by my initial statement. Worse company I’ve ever dealt with. Please save yourself your money and do not use them. Supper unprofessional. Now I’m out a couple thousand dollars thanks to this unprofessional company. 0/10.

I have used Orkin in the past and always had issues with the technicians not showing up. I went ahead and tried to give them another chance today and the same thing. The technician Shelly called to inform me that due to confusion on the account she would not be able to come out today. (Blamed it of course on the on call service). She states that she contacted her manager about the confusion and that the manager said that since it was Saturday they had no access to a computer! My parents have had issues as well with Orkin! Why are you open on a Saturday if you do not want to work!? Horrible customer service!!!! Will never use again and will not ever recommend anyone else use these lazy people either!!

The exterminator that came out, showed me his passion for his career to do the job correctly. He went above and beyond to ensure he covered all areas. He even helped with certain requests and explained more services that Orkin offers. Good job and keep it up Bryan McAfee!!
