Extremely disappointed in their service. They do not deliver on their promise. There is always an excuse for issues. Their promise that if there is an issue after their treatment they will come to your premises and correct issue without additional cost(which is not true) . Have to leave several messages before they respond. Also their promise that if we refund money back to guest will be credited back to us is not true. Their claims are untrue. Looking for another service provider. Also their claim that if we are unsatisfied with their service there will be a 60 day complimentary service without any cost is also untrue. Do not believe what they advertise on their website. I have been with them since 2022. They ask you to call them but you have to wait on the phone for a very long time before anyone answers.

Our exterminator himself was nice- but the communication was horrible. Was supposed to have someone at our home between 10-12. At 1155, I called and they had to call him. He was running late and wouldn’t be there until around 1. We decided to reschedule. But apparently, they do not communicate with each other. He showed up at 130. When I called the office to let them know to cancel my appointment for tomorrow, they said they had no idea I cancelled. Which, I have a text from ORKIN, confirming the rescheduled appointment. The lady rudely apologized, and just confirmed my next appointment. I highly doubt we will continue with Orkin.

As a home builder I can confidently say this was hands down the best experience I’ve had with an exterminator. Called Wednesday (scheduling was a breeze) and Aaron not only came out and inspected the home but he also inspected the entire property, with our very short time window he insisted he’d come out tomorrow along with his crew to ensure everything went smoothly. They were on site first thing in the morning(as promised) and were as thorough as could be. He expressed his concerns and for each concern he provided a detailed solution, and not just the one’s Orkin provided, which was a clear indication that he genuinely just wanted us and the homeowner taken care of. No where else will you find this level of quality and quantity, 10 out of 10. Thanks again Aaron!

I am highly upset with the service today. I am a new customer and to be treated like this on the initial service is not good. I called the Customer service line 3 times today. I was told between 2pm and 4pm. At 3:55pm, I called the line and the lady told me she is calling Tristan. When she came back to the line she said, he did not answer the phone. Tristan will either call you or I will. I never got a call back. Tristan Holloway was 1 hour and 33 minutes late to an appointment that was between 2 and 4 pm. I miss worked. I never got a call from Tristan letting me know about running late or anything until 5:33pm when I got a automated text and email saying your tech is on there way and that they arrived, that was recieved at the same time. I have proof. I had to be at a meeting at 5:15pm for work so I had to leave the new home. I am upset that we got charge for Tristan saying that he did something when it wasn't everything that was supposed to be done because Tristan was late!!!!!. We called the office, which say closed at 5pm. My wife left 2 messages at 5:43pm and 5:45pm after the fact that Tristan was on the way/there at 5:33pm. I want a refund and I want to cancel my plan because this is not right. I missed work from 2 pm to 5pm because Tristan didn't show up or reach out at all. Even when Tristan got to the home, we still didn't get no call.

Jordan is amazing! I’ve had an issue since I have moved into this home. The landlord has had multiple people out and the problem is never fixed. Since I’ve had Orkin come out we have not had an issue. Definitely worth the money spent.
