I signed up for services September 2024! I have not had anything except great service! Profession and extremely knowledgeable Service techs come to my house! Brian came out to check my attic and was so very polite and friendly. Although he didn’t have the best of news to tell me after his investigation in the attic, he was very nice and no judgement was detected from him. That’s awesome service! I appreciate him keeping it professional. He also educated me on how to help keep spiders ants mice out! So a 5 star rating! The techs and their service are what gives the 5 stars for me! If more employees who are attached to the business name Orkin would operate with such integrity and friendliness, 5 stars would definitely be given at every review.

I have had Orkin for just over 2 years now. I just recently canceled with them only because I moved. The service is great and quick. I like the fact they come back out free of charge. My only complaint is that I think it’s a bit overpriced for what it is. It’s about $50 monthly, but when you first join you have to make a fairly large deposit. I think mine was $150-$250, which is steep. They also have slowly raised their prices quietly without telling anyone, which I think is dishonest. Overall, a good company, but pricing could be better.

We have had a great experience using Orkin to help eradicate our pest issue. The office personnel have been very courteous and helpful. Anthony and Ricky have been great helping with our problem. Ricky has been an absolutely great helping not only to treat our home, but always helping mentally ease the stress words and actions in his job performance. Great team! So the person that did my first initial service did not do a thorough job. I kept having a lot of issues and activity. However, when Josh (our regular tech) returned from leave, he did a better job than the initial tech who was supposed to do a clean out. I appreciate Josh being thorough and listening to me about where activity is and just staying on top of it, being super professional, answering all my questions, and just all around being a friendly person. Had Josh done our initial service, this 4-star review would probably be a 5-star.

Overall the service is fine if you're willing to continue to pay for it. I don't like that the standard treatment doesn't help with mosquitoes according to the representative. Orkin wanted me to pay an additional $350 annually for a 7 month mosquito treatment on top of my regular $600 annual regular treatment. I've been an Orkin customer for over 6 years. Considering how most prices in 2024 are inflated, I've reached the point where I'm just not willing.
