We paid a pretty penny to get this service done which is supposed to take all day. They are supposed to seal every single entry point from wildlife to enter into my home . The 1st 2 guys that originally performed this job failed miserably. They only spent a little over an hour on my house. A week later I noticed the bad job they did. The second guy that came out went over everything they missed. Brent is his name. He did such a fantastic job and you could tell he really cares. Brent did the job alone and did so much better then the original two guys. Thank you Brent. You deserve a raise. Seriously.

The lady I first talked to on the phone was very helpful and professional, and they were able to get someone out to help me with my yellow jacket situation quickly. Chris was friendly and knowledgeable and was able to resolve the problem without issue. (We'll see if the yellow jackets come back, but I doubt they will.)
