I have had a horrid experience with this company. Too many complaints to write them all but here are a few. Technicians didn’t show up at the designated time or at all, never rang the bell in order to do the inside service I was paying for, can’t reach people to talk to when I call and my messages are never returned nor answered, changed my plan without notifying me after I repeatedly called to say I did not need or want the service and then saddled me with an over $400 bill in two months for said service and the lady who handled or concerns needs to be better trained. She seemed annoyed by our complaints and no apology at all so we canceled our policy and took our business elsewhere. I recommend others to do the same to avoid the headache.

I'm changing my review because I decided to stop using them. Despite many years of service I kept having to call and reschedule my appointment because they kept putting it on the wrong day after we agreed when they would be here. Ultimately after rescheduling them back to the original day three times, the guy showed up whenever he wanted too anyway.. because he decided to show up at a non-scheduled time, I couldn't get him to treat an area that was needed. A wasp's nest grew and I ended up having to pay another company to come and take care of it, because after leaving voicemails they never called me back. Yall owe me 50.00 .. you don't show up between services and I literally had to go elsewhere.
