After having 2 horrible experiences with customer service from the receptionist in the Roanoke office and complete lack of professionalism shown, the managers made up for it ten fold! They were courteous, professional and prompt! They were true to their motto. And I couldn’t be more pleased with the service they provided when I was told by the receptionist I couldn’t cancel my services after being dissatisfied with the lack of help and requests for them to come back and address the issues I was having after being treated and continued to have problems weeks later and that I would be charged for multiple additional services should someone have to come back to my house! Robert and Sydney were the BEST!!! Because of them, I leave 5 stars!!!!

The most incompetent company I’ve ever seen. Absolutely care nothing about their customers. Have had a rodent issue for a year spent several thousand dollars and has never been resolved. Half the time never show up for the scheduled appointments. Won’t answer the phone or call back. Never use Orkin unless you want to waste money and be lied too!!

We just purchased and moved into a home in Troutville, that came complete with a ton of ants. I really dislike them. So we called Orkin and actually started a plan for spraying for them. Today a very nice young man named Wesley came and spoke to me walked around inside and out and sprayed both places as well. He explained to me what he was doing in both places.Also due to the fact I have a small dog I had asked for dog friendly which he told me it was. Said give it 10 minutes to dry a bit. He looked for the nest and had no luck finding it. Informed me of where it could be hiding under something he could not see. We are so happy we called them and then to find out Wesley would be the one we see all the time was awesome. If you can have a good bug experience; he made it that for sure. Thank you. Cyndi

Orkin scheduled our service for a 10:00-12:00 window this morning. I called to get an update at 1:00 because they were a no show and no call. The office explained that they scheduled the service even though they know the technicians have meetings on Wednesday mornings and that they would be out around 2:30. I explained that I arranged my meetings for the day based on their service window. The rep didn’t seem to think that was their problem. The attitude was that I should just understand them scheduling meetings and service calls at the same time. Technician finally showed up at 4:20. Technician was professional but office staff will have me looking elsewhere. They did this a few months ago by scheduling service in the technicians day off. Again no call that it would be rescheduled. When I called the office they thought I should understand that the technician wouldn’t come out in his day off. They don’t seem to understand that they are the ones doing the scheduling.
