I was very disappointed that the west side of the house could not be secured against mice.This should have been noted and brought up during the initial visit. This is probably the side of the house where mice are getting in. In addition, I had spent 2 hours digging the dirt away from that side so that the service technician would have access to it. I will have to consult with another company to see if they might be able to do that. On the plus side, the service technician was very efficient, personable, and provided some other feasible options for that side of the house.

Had to reschedule. Asked for a 4th bed bug treatment. They came out, and did not treat for bed bugs because they needed permission to enter my house, unlike the other 3 time. So they sprayed outside for big I did not have a problem. Update: The guy who serviced the house was sent back to go in and treat for the bed bugs. He called me and I explained what I needed. Derick, like all the rest of the service people, are very professional. The ladies/fellas with their boots on the ground are great. Main issues are with scheduling and communication. Waiting on the service report to confirm he came back and serviced the house.

Do not pay for a year in advance. I paid over $500 in Sept 2023 and was told it was for one year of service. Fast forward to July 2024, a service person comes for a routine check and after I got charged. I called Orkin and they tell me that the year payment I made is all gone. Supposedly the first service costs more than the others so that caused me to lose 3 months. No one disclosed that to me till I called in July after I got a bill. I would have NEVER done a year service starting right before winter and when all the bugs are gone. I specifically did it so I would have the summer bug coverage that I now don't have. When they came out during the winter they checked traps and left, I personally don't think it was $80+ of labor. I'm very disappointed. I wouldn't recommend to anyone.

No sure if Orkin is the answer. Tech only put food down to kill the ants in front of our house., did a real quick spray not getting all sides of the doors and windows. 365.00 visit for a half fast job. We were going to have them come out every other month but not sure about it now.

I just want to say that Connor, Collin, and Zach worked all day until the job was done. They did a restoration project in the attic and sealed all the areas on roof and outside perimeter of house! They were very polite and hard working. I am very pleased with Orkin’s services!

Just happened to see the Orkin guy at the neighbors, asked if he was spraying for mosquitoes and he replied that he was. Mosquitoes are horrible this year! I then inquired if he could do my property too, which he replied yes. He was at my place less than 15 minutes later. He explained the process in detail and was done with my property in less than 30 minutes. Joseph was very courteous and professional. Orkin service was very reasonably priced. I signed up for a monthly service. Thanks Orkin and Joseph!
