“Had them come out to look at our house for carpenter bees. Said they would put the dust in all the bee holes, bring ladders, etc, then spray the whole house for $150. Came out (1 1/2 hours early), didn't bring any ladders, just sprayed. Asked if they could come out again to do what they said they would do. Scheduled a time the next day, then they came when I was not at home and did gosh knows what that day when we were at lunch. Called to see what happened and the receptionist was rude. Will not use them again.”
