“Bedbugs are terrifying and so stressful to deal with. Paul was fantastic about fielding my calls, a few in the evening, when I was convinced that I was never going to survive the experience. It is a lot of work to prepare for the treatment, the pesticide application and the steam cleaning. But, Paul was calm and kind and explained it all and suggested nicely that I take a few deep breaths. He did a great job and the cost was much less than other companies. “They’re awful, rude and lie. Don’t use. Did a bad job / offered warranty they won’t honor. We told them we had roaches indoors but they insisted on only spraying outside which didn’t work. And when I told Paul he refused to come finish the job despite he had offered us a warranty. Now we have to find another pest control company.”
