“Hired on 5/30/2019 Chris ( very friendly rep) came to my house and set up a pest control service, I had an irritating fire ant problem you see, he baited some spots as a courtesy to help keep them at bay and I must admit it helped greatly, however this is where we start to fail in our business relationship? Chris tells me that they would try to send out a service man to spray and officially treat the house Friday June first if they can fit me in and if not the following Monday, I get a text from him Friday morning stating that they can’t get to me today but will be in touch with me on Monday to set up a time And that’s the last I heard of them until June 28 by this time me and the ants are almost like family when they did come no knock just a voicemail that I received an hr later and a sign on my door, I had enough and requested a refund after speaking to nine separate people the Vice President said he would give me my refund and at almost 10 days later still no refund. What gives Peachtree I had you in Savannah for years do y’all just hate your Bryan county customers that much? You dropped the ball and I am not going to pay for something I never got. The ants say hey btw”
