“Not happy with the business at all. I had very lazy Technician who I felt was not adequately doing his job (warped my wood floors from spraying outside chemicals inside because he did not bring his other equipment..... He was scheduled to spray inside) . I even called to see if I could a different tech and was informed that he was the only one for my area. I cancelled service. They still sent a tech out a few months later, a new guy. I told him I had called and cancelled already because of above issues. He so graciously told me that guy was fired due to this as well as using the company's card for personal issues and DRINKING on the job. I will not paying for services that I feel were not fairly rendered to me, I have since had to hire Okin and have drastic improvement in one month compared to the 4-6 months with pelican pest control.”
