“Every single one of these guys were rude to me and my husband. They waited for 3 months to come back out to inspect and then claimed we needed a full treatment after not coming out for this amount of time. Then, we had mentioned that we did not need the treatment anymore because we had not seen any for a bit, they still say that we need a full treatment done. This is getting to be a nuisance because we have done every single thing that they have said including vacuuming after the treatment is done. Also too, the one guy said to my husband "Do you guys not know how to vacuum because this floor looks horrible", I am sorry but there is only so much that I can do when it comes to vacuuming because my husband is a factory worker and he will bring in dirt from his job and no matter how much you vacuum, it will not always come out. I would never deal with these guys again if I had to, but don't really have much of a choice at this point.”
