“Have been with Pest Patrol for several years, mainly to take care of my rental properties pest issues. They were excellent. So now I buy two more homes and having to install new sod two other homes due to lack of care. Just didn't want to pay the monthly fees for lawn care on top of pest services. I thought I could do it myself. Big mistake, the result; I lost the lawns at 2 homes. So lesson learned and had to install new sod. I contacted Pest Patrol and Luv-A-Lawn. Prices were about the same and both seemed to be very knowledgeable. With Luv-A-Lawn, a sales rep looked at my lawn, and with Pest Patrol, it was the owner. Luv-A-Lawn wanted me to sign a one year agreement. My neighbours all use Luv-A-Lawn and recommended them highly. My landscaper recommended to use Luv-A-Lawn. Even my wife was pushing me to use Luv-A Lawn only because every neighbour says they are the best. Plus I would be the only odd ball if I went to Pest Patrol. But Pest Patrol did not require a signed one year agreement. Maybe because I had the pest service with them for many years, not sure. But because of that I gave them a chance. If they did not perform to my liking, I can bail and go to Luv-A-Lawn. So I gave them four large houses with different grass and landscaping to do. One year later, I have the best looking yard and grass in the entire neighbourhood. Now my neighbours are coming to me for contact information. I made the right decision the first time. I am very pleased with their service.”
