“I called PEST Inc. to get rid of some mice that had become quite friendly with my kitchen. Don was my tech and the first thing I noticed was a nicely dressed, clean cut guy. He put booties over his shoes to not track dirt in the house. He did a thorough inspection, set some traps (bait) out and told me that I needed to move or burn my woodpile near my house... that the woodpile was likely the home for the mice and they were coming in the house to feed. He also showed me where to patch a couple of holes. I was worried about the bait killing my dog - and Don told me that they bait had very small amounts of poison and couldn't hurt my dog if he ate the mouse (or the bait). I had them come back for a tick treatment and was able to enjoy my backyard after they were complete. There was a different person that came out for the tick treatment. Just as nice and clean cut as Don.”
