“Petri's treatment works! We used Petri again today for White Fly treatment for our ficus hedge. This is the 2nd time we've used them for this issue, about 18 months ago. They did a great job then getting rid of the flies ravaging our hedges, and did free follow up service. We were due for another major treatment today because they're back in the neighborhood. We wasted time and money trying a couple of other solutions in the past, but Petri's treatment did the trick! They were on time and professional, and even treated more than they had agreed to. “Couldn't have had a worse experience!! I have big head ants. Petri has been spraying since October, sometimes weekly. The excuse they offer is "The neighbor has ants." NO SATISFACTION. Getting nowhere w/ Supervisor Kevin. Kevin uses the same excuses over and over and is extremely exasperating to talk to! He has no idea what Customer Service involves! We had a different pest control company at one time, that got rid of our ants! And we had the same neighbors!! WHY WE EVER STARTED WITH THIS COMPANY I DO NOT KNOW! It was a bad decision. I think I saw their truck in the neighborhood. The worse area where the ants are is in the bathroom and master bedroom. There are live ants in that area all day long. Tons of dead ants in the bathtub. Kevin keeps saying he will solve the problem but over 9 months later the problem is the same as when we hired them and we just want the remainder of our money back, for the months remaining, and be done with this company. It has been extremely stressful dealing with the ants and this company!! At this point they cannot repair their reputation with us...we just want to be rid of them!”

The technician was quite thorough and experienced. He made several visits to my home and regularly called to check-in. If I wasn't home during his service visit, he left a detailed summary at my door of what was done so I knew he had been to my property. Petri also services my bi-monthly pest control. My technician demonstrates a high level of training and knowledge. He regularly keeps me well informed on the treatments. When servicing the inside of my home, he took the time to listen to my concerns and conducted a thorough assessment.
