“We had an inspection on March 25 and was told we would have our quote emailed to us on the 26th to forward to the landlord. We never received it. We called our inspector who never returned our calls and when I called the office they said they would be having someone call us that day to dispatch it and as I was saying I was hoping to get it emailed he hung up on me. We never received a call back from the office. The communication is very poor so we have now talked to another company who told us something completely different than pinnacle. We unfortunately had a really bad experience with them and although I liked the inspector himself, they obviously do not want to help us out with our problem.”
