“No one would hope for bed bugs, just so they could hire a great pest management company. But when our house was infected, we hired Presidio to eradicate them. I can't say enough good things about Presidio. First of all, they were the only company who was able to set up an appointment on the first phone call. Everyone else had to have someone call me back. They were prompt, courteous and professional. Bobby was thorough in explaining all the aspects of bed bug eradication and the pros and cons of the different methods. He was also the only rep (of 3) who tucked the bed sheets back in when he did the initial search of our home. Sounds like a small thing, but I appreciated it. We opted for dogs plus heat. The day of the extermination, Presidio and the dog handlers showed up right on time. Again, they were extremely professional and efficient. Jumping ahead several hours, we returned to a house that looked almost just as we left it--though a bit warmer for sure. Everything that was moved during the heat treatment was replaced exactly as it was found. About a week later, we had a followup inspection. No more bed bugs. We were SUPER impressed by all aspects of Presidio's service. Most people don't want to chat about a bed bug infestation, but if they show up, call Presidio. Don't waste your time having other companies bid on the job.”

“8 months ago, my 4 year old had marks on his body and we had no idea where they were coming from. I later found out he had slept in my older sons bed and there were bed bugs there. There were minimal signs but since my son slept in various beds in The house they somehow spread to each room. We called Orkin and they completed a treatment but they were not gone. I then got so frustrated we threw out the bunk bed and sprayed down everything hoping they would be gone. We then saw more signs of them, so I called Presidio, spoke with the manager. From beginning to end expectations were set to do an assessment, they had the K-9 walk through to assess where they w were, and the entire process was amazing. The employees from the manager on down were VERY professional, punctual, and courteous. I fired Orkin for my regular service and they will be my provider going forward for ANY services we may need. NO MORE SIGNS OF ANY BED BUGS SINCE!”
